 RULES & REGULATIONS

Stadium Admission

• Players and coaches enter for free.

• Fans aged 5 and up: $7.00 per person or the amount set by the team.

• General admission is valid all day.

 

Parking

• Free parking is available at all stadium locations.

• Clover Stadium (Rockland, NY): Complimentary parking at the main entrance.

• TD Bank Ballpark (Somerset, NJ): Free parking in the RED or WHITE lots.

 

Seating & Stadium Policies

• Stay within the main concourse and lower bowl areas.

• Private suites and the upper concourse are off-limits.

• The stadium is smoke-free and alcohol-free.

• Please dispose of trash in the provided bins.

 

Food & Beverage

• No outside food or drinks allowed.

• Concessions open at 8:00 a.m., offering:

  • Coffee, muffins, hot dogs, pretzels, chips, knishes, water, Gatorade, soda, and more.

• Players may bring drinks into dugouts (no seeds, including sunflower seeds).

Dugouts

• Access limited to players, coaches, and bat-people.

• Please clean up and dispose of trash after games.

 

First Aid & Emergencies

• Contact a Kid2Pro Sports staff member (orange shirts labeled "staff") for assistance.

• A first aid kit is available on-site.

• Teams are encouraged to bring a personal first aid kit for dugout use.

 

Waivers & Insurance

• All participants (players, coaches, bat boys/girls, anthem singers, special guests, etc.) must complete an online waiver.

• Teams must submit an insurance certificate naming the stadium and Kid2Pro Sports as insured entities.

 

Check-In Process

• Upon entry, players, coaches, and special guests must check in at the main gate.

• Coaches must present line-up cards and insurance documents.

 

On-Field Access

• Parents and fans are not permitted on the field at any time.

• Please remind all spectators to remain off the field before, during, and after games.

 

Restrooms

• Use the concourse-level restrooms (first- or third-base side).

• Do not use dugout or upper suite restrooms.

 

Warm-Ups

• Teams warm up in the outfield and may use bullpens.

• No warm-ups in the infield.

• Place bags in the outfield so the dugouts are clear for prior teams.

• First game teams may go directly to the dugout.

• The stadium opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes 30 minutes after the last game.

 

Field Size

• Standard field: 60/90 (major league dimensions).

• Field is adjusted for age/skill with portable bases and, if needed, a portable mound.

• Softball is pitched from a flat surface—no mound required.

 

Game Duration

• 12U and under: 6 innings or 2-hour limit.

• 13U and older: 7 innings or 2-hour 15-minute limit.

• No new inning starts after 1 hour 50 minutes.

• Times are adjusted to allow for special League Day arrangements. 

 

Game Start Times

• Start times may be moved up to 1 hour earlier.

• Notifications are sent to the team manager 7 days in advance.

 

Pitching Rules

• No player may pitch more than 3 innings per game.

• Coaches are encouraged to use discretion in lopsided games.

Batting Rules

• All teams must bat the entire lineup.

• Every player must play the field at least twice.

• Coaches are encouraged to prioritize participation over score.

• We encourage the coaches to allow every kid this awesome experience, regardless of the score.

 

Weather Policy

• Only the stadium grounds crew decides if the fields are playable.

• Kid2Pro does not control weather-related decisions.

 

Rain Delays & Cancellations

• If delayed, we wait up to 20 minutes.

• Only one delay per game is permitted.

• If canceled, teams will reschedule.

• Games will proceed on time unless you’re contacted directly.  To ensure fairness to all teams involved, we will remain on schedule. The next game will start at its scheduled time or as close to it as possible.

 

Official Game Status

• 12U and under: Games are official after 4 innings by the trailing team.

• 13U and older:  Games are official after 5 innings by the trailing team.

 

Communication

• Please email your best contact phone number for updates.

 

Photography & Video

• No cameras or phones are allowed on the field for safety reasons.

 

Code of Conduct

• Inappropriate behavior from coaches, parents, or players may result in:

  • Game cancellation

  • Forfeit without refund

  • Rescheduling for the opposing team

  • These games are meant to be fun and respectful for all participants.

KID2PRO SPORTS has the right to refuse game time, cancel, or terminate any game in which parents, coaches, or players behave inappropriately. These games are intended to be enjoyable and thrilling for everyone involved. Any form of harassment, violence, verbal assault, or unsportsmanlike conduct (as determined by the umpires or K2P management) will result in the cancellation of the game, with the offending team forfeiting their game fee, while the opposing team will be rescheduled for another game date. It has never happened - DON"T BE FIRST!​​​​​
