Lisa Lent

CFO & General Manager

In 2011, Lisa's vision of bringing "Fantasy Becoming Reality" to life became a reality when she formed Kid2Pro Sports. With a team of experienced sports enthusiasts who understand the true essence of youth athletics, Lisa, a corporate executive from NYC, and a former Sports Information Director & General Manager of a travel baseball organization, has organized numerous youth baseball & softball events, fundraisers, and league outings. Lisa negotiates all stadium rental events for Kid2Pro Sports and designs each event program to provide every participant and family member with an unforgettable experience.

Stephen Miller

Game Day Supervisor

Stephen Miller serves as a Game Day Supervisor, acting as the on-field liaison between participants and K2P management to ensure smooth communication and efficient game-day operations. He is also the K2P webmaster, overseeing and maintaining the organization’s online presence. Stephen brings 12 years of experience as a Head Coach and Manager in youth basketball and baseball, giving him a strong understanding of the needs of players, coaches, and families. Known for his calm demeanor and proactive approach, he excels in fast-paced environments where teamwork and clear communication are essential. His commitment to professionalism helps ensure that events run smoothly from start to finish.

James Miller

Sr. Event Coordinator

With over 25 years of experience as an Athletic Director and a High School head coach, James brings a wealth of knowledge to Kid2Pro Sports. Since 1999, he has been in private business and has honed his exceptional organizational skills. James combines his coaching experience with his organizational skills to coordinate every Kid2Pro Sports event. He is available every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm to answer any questions about your event and explain fundraising options.

Joseph Terstenyak

VP Operations

Meet Joseph, a TCNJ College graduate and a Captain in the United States Marine Corp. He has been working closely with teams and coaches for the past 7 seasons at Kid2Pro Sports events. With his youthful energy, extensive baseball knowledge, and outgoing personality, Joseph quickly bonds with players and coaches who are experiencing the event for the first time. Don't forget to say hi to Joey when you arrive at our host stadium!
