Kid2Pro Sports has a clear and concise rainout policy, which is as follows:

Games rained out before they started:

• Kid2Pro will work with you to book another date.

• If your team is unavailable for any other date, a 100% refund will be given.

• If another game was rained out and rescheduled, Kid2Pro may need to change your game time by up to an hour to accommodate the rained-out team.

• Once you decide on a new date, it is considered a new booking and cannot be changed.

Games rained out after they started:

• Your team will be offered the option to come back (on a stadium-provided date) to complete your game from the point at which it was interrupted. This ensures that your team gets the full contracted time on the field.

• No refunds are offered for games that have started.

• Both teams must agree to complete the contest on an available date provided by the

• stadium.

Important notes:

• The stadium grounds crew determines if the field is playable.

• Kid2Pro Sports leases the stadium for each event and is a tenant of the stadium. This means Kid2Pro must abide by the stadium's rulings and has no influence in making those decisions.

• Specific rain delay/cancellation policy information is sent to all coaches upon registration.

 

Tips for dealing with a rainout:

• Be flexible and willing to work with Kid2Pro to find a new date or time for your game.

• If your team is unavailable for any other date, contact Kid2Pro as soon as possible to request a refund.

• If your game is rained out after it starts, communicate with the other team and Kid2Pro to schedule a time to complete it.

• Be patient and understanding. The Kid2Pro staff is doing their best to accommodate all teams and ensure everyone has a fair and enjoyable experience.
